Free Estimates are provided for homeowners. We will visit your home, discuss your project, inspect the site, provide recommendations, and write up a detailed quote with costs, timeline and payment schedule.
Some projects, such as repairing rot damage to concealed framing, cannot be accurately predicted. In which case we recommend proceding with a contract performed on the basis of Time and Materials.
When a home is being bought or sold, we ask that the potential client provide a deposit of $250. We will provide a detailed quote that is transferable with the property for up to one year. Should the current or future homeowner contract with Miller Brothers to have the work done, the deposit will be credited to the cost of the work.
